Aprés une carrière comme superviseur de production, il a consacré davantage de temps à la photographie, à la fois comme démarche artistique et comme moyen d’explorer le monde naturel. Son travail a évolué de la photographie de paysage traditionnelle vers une approche plus interprétative et minimaliste, privilégiant l’atmosphère, l’émotion ainsi que la relation entre sujet et l’espace.

Influencé par les paysages sauvages du Canada et inspiré par des photographes qui privilégient la simplicité et la retenue visuelle, Paul poursuit le développement d’un style personnel fondé sur l’observation, la patience et un travail d’édition méticuleux.
